Wooww.. life can be so hectic sometimes!!! Not only because of the Holidays coming up within a week.. but I've been so busy the last couple of days that I didn't managed to update my blog or do anything else scraprelated!!!
It all started on Thursday night when I got a phone call from my parents (they were in the US for a 4-week vacation). My dad told me that my mom got really sick overthere and wasn't able to fly that day! They had to cancel their flight! We were so bummed! My parens wanted to go back so badly.. not only to be at home again after 4 weeks.. but also to see their grandchild for the first time! To make a long story short: we ended up with my French niece (who was there with them) the whole weekend!! She had to come back and leave my parents there. Happily my mom started feeling better after a shot they gave her at the hospital..and they finally arrived at home yesterday! Such a big relieve!! They were able to visit my little niece today (I haven't talked to them yet.. but I bet they must have been so happy about that)!!!

BTW.. I'm going to extend the deadline for my little challenge from my previous post until January 1st!! I bet everybody is so busy around this time of the year!!!
I'll end this post with a card that I've created a little while ago. I've used some Elsie papers here!

hey Nancy, fijn om te horen dat je ouders weer thuis zijn! wat een gedoe allemaal! kan me voorstellen dat ze super blij zijn om weer thuis te zijn en hun kleinkind voor het eerst te zien! wauw! de foto's zijn ook helemaal toppie! wat een lief meisje is het toch! *smelt* je kaartje is ook helemaal gaaf! fijn weekend (en vakantie) en alvast hele fijne kerstdagen en een gelukkig nieuwjaar! groetjes marije.
